The challenge

Redesigning a complex rental payment experience into a simple, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile app.

HouzzSENSE needed a complete mobile app redesign to make rental payments easier for tenants to understand and manage. The main challenge was organizing multiple user journeys, including onboarding, identity verification, flexible rent payment plans, and payment methods, into a clear and seamless experience.

Our focus was on simplifying complex information, improving navigation, creating consistent UI components, and introducing a modern visual identity. The redesigned experience needed to help users confidently complete each step while maintaining clarity across all screens.

The solution we gave

We completely redesigned the HouzzSENSE mobile app in Figma, focusing on a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly experience. Our approach simplified complex rental payment journeys through clean layouts, clear navigation, engaging illustrations, and a consistent visual identity using deep teal and vibrant orange colors.

We redesigned key screens, including onboarding, login, OTP verification, identity verification, rental dashboards, flexible payment plans, and payment methods. We also created reusable Figma components, consistent typography, and a structured design system to ensure a seamless experience across the entire mobile app.

The redesign focused on creating a smooth user journey from initial onboarding to managing monthly rent payments. We organized complex payment information into easy-to-understand screens, introduced clear visual hierarchy, and designed intuitive interactions to help users navigate the app confidently.

Using Figma, we developed a consistent mobile design system featuring SF Pro Display typography, deep teal and orange brand colors, custom illustrations, and reusable components. The final designs provide a modern, scalable foundation for the HouzzSENSE mobile app.
